No Gold Medal target applies to this mission - reaching the Bronze tier is all that's required.

36Hotel Assassination
Lester sends Franklin to eliminate a mark at a hotel as part of his stock-market manipulation scheme.
Before you take this contract, sink every dollar across all three characters into Betta Pharmaceuticals on BAWSAQ. Once the target's down, keep sleeping/saving to track the price and cash out around an 80% gain, then roll the proceeds into Bilkington on LCN - give that one roughly a week to climb before selling again.
Gold medal objectives

Devin Weston has Franklin lure two rich kids into a street race while Michael and Trevor, disguised as highway patrol, intercept and steal their cars.

39The Multi Target Assassination
For another of Lester's market-rigging contracts, Franklin has to take down several targets in a single outing.
Load every character's cash into Debonaire on LCN before starting this one. It tends to peak around an 80% return after the mission - sell out completely, then put everything into Redwood on the same exchange. Redwood runs much hotter, often clearing 300% before it tops out, so it's worth the extra few in-game days to wait.

40The Vice Assassination
Franklin kills an executive connected to a rival company as part of Lester's stock manipulation plot.
Buy into Fruit on BAWSAQ ahead of this contract; it usually climbs about 50% once the job's done. Sell there and shift the proceeds into Facade, also on BAWSAQ, for a smaller but still worthwhile follow-up gain before it levels off.

41The Bus Assassination
One of Lester's contracts has Franklin taking out a target while riding along on a moving city bus.
This one runs backwards from the rest - don't invest beforehand. Once the mission wraps, put your money into Vapid on BAWSAQ and give it a couple of in-game days; it typically runs close to double before the price peaks.

- Kill the target using the bus (Hit and Run bonus)

42The Construction Assassination
Lester directs Franklin to eliminate a mark stationed at an active construction site.
Buy into GoldCoast on LCN before this contract starts. It's usually the strongest payout of the five assassinations - expect somewhere in the 80-90% range once you sell at the peak.
