By using Vinewood Vault you agree to these terms.

What the app is

Vinewood Vault is an unofficial companion app for tracking completion progress in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. All game names, characters, locations, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Game screenshots are used for identification and commentary; the written descriptions and the app’s design are our own.

Provided “as is”

The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Item locations, counts, and guidance are compiled from public community sources and may contain errors or become out of date as the games are updated. Use the app at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.

Premium and subscriptions

Some features are available through an optional Premium purchase: an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly or yearly, or a one-time lifetime unlock. The current prices are shown in the app and on the App Store product page before you buy.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple account on confirmation. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device’s App Store account settings, under Subscriptions. The lifetime unlock is a single non-recurring purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Purchases are handled by Apple and are also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to your use of the app. Our Privacy Policy explains what the app does and does not store.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content except as allowed by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Changes

These terms may change; the current version is always posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
